perf: avoid building docker image (#365)

* avoid building a custom image

* fix: remove unnecessary double-dash

* Rebuild with -- fix

* linting

* Remove unused variable

* support windows as well

* Fix -- command not found

* Fix unused import, remove docker build test

* no dockerfile anymore
